NO Fee, No Examination and the Compulsory hanging of Identity Card on the Chest – Kogi State Polytechnic

After the information about all members of staff, students, and the entire polytechnic community that upon the directive of the state government and the academic board at its emergency meeting held on Tuesday 8th of September 2020 the board decided to reopen the polytechnic with effect from 14th September, 2020.

However, they are therefore required to report to their duty posts and resume classes with face masks/shield observe social distancing as recommended by the presidential task force on COVID 19 in order to contain and prevent the spread of the pandemic.

Staff and student will only be permitted into the campus with their identity cards, student are also by this notice required to resume with evidence of payment of school fees.

The Management of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja has released guidelines for students and staff concerning the payment of fees and the compulsory wearing of identity cards.

See guidelines below:

1. I am directed to remind all students of the Polytechnic that no student(s) will be allowed to write examinations without the payment of his/her school fee.

2. You are also by this notice, reminded of the compulsory hanging of ldentity Cards on the chest always. Consequently, you are to wear your ldentity Cards while in the office, lecture rooms and examination halls.

3. All staff and students are to adhere to this notice.
